Does Pod one media offer discounts to certain types of organizations?

No, POM does not offer any discounts for certain types of organizations.


For example, there isn’t a special rate for non-profits, schools, religious entities or other organizations. The pricing found on the main page applies to all, although discounts are available through larger plan commitments.

What payment methods do you accept for my pod one media account?

As our main payment sources, Pod one media supports both credit cards (all major credit cards accepted) and PayPal.

If you wish to purchase an event plan or an annual plan you can also pay by check or wire transfer. For wire transfer information please contact one of our sales representatives.

When I cancel/suspend my plan, do I keep my bandwidth?

Short answer: no, you do not.

When you buy a Pod one media Streaming Plan you are buying access to a range of POM platform features and services for a period of time and with a certain level of usage (bandwidth) included. This includes the player, broadcast manager software, content management, access to support, and more.

POM is unique from most other existing services in the way that we allow unused bandwidth to roll over from month-to-month for up to 12 months.

If you only used half of your Starter plan bandwidth, the remaining 50% would roll over into the next month. However, this bandwidth only remains available for the life of the plan.

Therefore, an account can not continue to be used, or unused bandwidth reserved for later, when the service is canceled or suspended.

When Do I Receive My Files?
We will send your audio and video files as soon as your session is complete using dropbox. 

Can I Use My Own Videographer?
Absolutely! We also have a multi-cam video system available to capture your session. 

How Do I Book A Session? You can schedule your session online. From there, you can see what days and times are available and make changes to exisiting sessions. 

When Do I Get My Edits Back?
We will have it back to you within 72-hours. However, most edits can be turned around within 24-hours. 

I Am Doing A Phone Interview. What Does My Guest Need to Know?
Here are some tips to give your guest in order to have the best possible call quality. 

– Use a landline (if possible). 
– Be in a quiet room or space. 
– Do not use a Bluetooth headset or speaker phone. 

How Many People Can We Have On A Mic?
Our Studio A can be setup for 4 people on microphones. 

When Is Payment Due & How Do I Pay?
Payment is due 50% when you book balance when session is complete. We will send you an invoice where you can pay online. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Cash App, & Venmo. 

Can I Cancel My Session?
We know things happen – and sometimes, it’s last minute! We do not charge any fees for any session canceled 48 hours before your scheduled time. Anything canceled within 24 hours of your session can be subject to a 50% cancelation fee.
